A cinema release from last year, Kiss of the Dragon stars Jet Li as a Chinese cop sent to Paris where he meets tart-with-a-heart Bridget Fonda and gets to kick lots of people up in the air. The movie is refreshingly free of the ludicrous wire work which has ruined a lot of recent martial arts movies, and Li really looks like he means it. There’s also a bit of extreme gore to add to the convincing atmosphere, and the only thing missing is an unpredictable plot.

There are extensive extras on the disk and if you like this sort of thing, you’ll love it.
